The 21st annual Norcal Noisefest took place October 6th-8th in Sacramento CA. Noisefest was at Luna’s Cafe on Friday and Cafe Colonial/The Colony Saturday and Sunday. Since the festivals incarnation in 1995, it has displayed harsh experimental sounds that break traditional musical boundaries.
